I woke up naturally at 8:30 in the morning. Then I told me to give me a reply at 9 in the morning. I originally booked this hotel for swimming. I was entangled with Ctrip until about 1 a.m. She saw it for five minutes and told me that it was indeed the detained by their company, but she didn’t know what it was. I asked him what the other one hundred and more were. Then when I checked in, I told me to ask for a deposit of two hundred Canadian dollars for the pre-sale right
I drove from Banff to the hotel which drove for more than four hours and arrived at 10:30 in the evening. The service is really bad and it's a rogue level The point is that this hotel will deduct money randomly! Be careful not to choose this hotelīut I feel that this ghost place should be very difficult for anyone besides me to book this hotel with Ctrip. Must check in after five o'clock and check out before ten o'clock And this check-in and check-out time is really not normal Oh yes, loved the bath robes too.Įverything is good. Relaxing stroll on the path by the lakeside was very enjoyable. Away from the hustle and bustle and homelessness of Kelowna. We did have lunch on the patio at the hotel next door the next day. Unfortunately, the restaurant in this hotel is only open Wednesday - Sunday we were told (what?!?) although we were told to go to the hotel next door. The outdoor pool looked great, and the hotel chairs on the beach were nice to use. On the bright side, the beds were comfy, the sheets/bedding were lovely, the little balcony had a bit of a view of the lake and was very enjoyable. These are not things that I expect to happen in a room that I paid over $300 for (incl. The electrical outlet that the iron was plugged into had a broken outlet cover. Then my husband sat in the chair and the arm almost fell off the chair. Again, I stopped at the front desk and reported what happened. A few minutes letter, the obnoxiously loud smoke alarm went off in our room as the iron was starting to smell like a burning substance. I was in a rush so put a towel in between my clothes and the iron and tried to use it anyway. Later, in a rush for dinner, I pulled out the hotel ironing board and iron to iron my clothes for the evening and noticed that the iron had a big burn mark on it. So, we took our valuables with us and asked the front desk to please have the safe fixed, which they did. We put our valuables in the safe, but it kept saying ”battery error” and would not work. We got to our room and were anxious to drop off our things and go explore.
Parking was convenient, entrance is lovely. My husband & I stayed here for one night on June 7, 2022. Unless you are looking for ammunition to write a bad review, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The only two positives are that the A/C in our room worked and the outdoor pool was great. So as much as COVID must be affecting things, hotels in Kelowna must be busy, because this hotel should be the last place booked. At $170 per night the price for what we received was outrageous and amazingly the hotel had no vacancy. The outdoor area could be a major feature in summer, but all the tables and chairs near the rooms were filthy with stains and old and there was very little lighting The nasty old furniture actually made it uncomfortable to eat outside. The bedding is really old and faded and the WIFI internet either didn't work or was so too slow to be of use. It's clear that our room hadn't been given a decent cleaning in a long time and the walls haven't been painted for decades. We're okay with the dated decor, the small television (computer monitor) and the fact that anyone else using water at the same time as you're showering impacts the water temperature. We had to wear our shoes inside it was so bad! The faucet in the shower has been dripping for a long time because the amount of rust and calcification on the drain was more than we've ever seen. The freezer was melted inside, and there was sand and dirt on the floors when we arrived. The shower and kitchen sink had mould everywhere.
There was paint chipping off the walls and doors. The laminate flooring in the living room was badly damaged. This was hands-down the filthiest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The photos they provide are entirely misleading. 5.94km from Tower Ranch Golf Club I'll start by saying that we are price-conscious travellers, so we don't expect to get a lot from our accommodations, but we do expect a hotel to be cleaner than a campground.
